Calling all choral enthusiasts! To complement the Festival’s central performance of The Dream of Gerontius we look forward to bringing together more than 250 voices under the direction of Marcus Farnsworth for unforgettable performances of the most popular choral works from the Edwardian era – including Parry’s I was glad and Blest Pair of Sirens, Elgar’s The Spirit of the Lord and works by Stanford. Friends and family are welcome at the free post-lunch performance.
Informal performance 2pm: free attendance with retiring collection. No advance booking or tickets.
