Local Business
The Festival warmly invites local business to support the Festival in a way that benefits them. By sponsoring the Festival, businesses will gain visibility, build goodwill, and connect with a loyal and engaged audience. The Festival has a reach of more than 3,500 festival attendees from Nottinghamshire and around the UK. In return, the Festival can help businesses gain exposure across social media, press, and printed materials, align businesses with creativity and community spirit, and demonstrate to customers a tradition of support for local arts and culture.
With such a range of musical offerings there are opportunities to align a business’s involvement to a specific audience. We can offer various ways to increase visibility and engagement, for example through
- Logo placement: On Festival website, posters, flyers, and digital programmes.
- Social media: Dedicated posts tagging the business, with Festival audience reach.
- Event signage: Business name/logo displayed at venues, ticket desks, or refreshment areas.
- Programme mentions: Inclusion in printed/digital Festival programme (with option for advertising).
There are also opportunities for direct engagement, such as:
- Hospitality access: Invitations to pre- or post-concert receptions for networking.
- “Meet the Artists” opportunities: Exclusive sponsor receptions where business owners can bring guests.
- Opportunities to have a small stall, banner, or product sampling at events.
- “Supported by” credits: Acknowledgment during event announcements or from stage.
- Co-branded promotions: e.g., “sponsored by [Local Café] – bring your ticket stub for 10% off coffee.”
Engaging with the Festival also delivers long-term value by realising Corporate Social Responsibility goals through supporting arts, culture and the local economy. We can also offer inclusion in press releases about our sponsors, especially if tied to community impact, and a chance to connect with other businesses.
